Enger Tower lit gold for pediatric cancer patients

Enger tower is glowing gold Sunday night to honor pediatric cancer patients.

The mom of one such patient, Amber Lovaasen, was the catalyst behind the lighting.

Amber’s daughter, Addy was diagnosed with cancer at 11-months-old.

Addy is now 8-years-old and her mom wants to shed light on pediatric cancer patients by illuminating Enger Tower.

They say it will be lit gold to honor the brave little warriors.

“All this time, she’s been six years cancer free and we’ve wanted to give back and we really haven’t had a chance to, and it’s like, well, here we are. It’s really cool,” said Addy Lovaasen.

The tower will be lit up through Monday.
