Showers in northwest Wisconsin will come to an end this evening, and skies will clear overnight. Lows will drop to mid 50s, Duluth will drop to 56 degrees. Winds will be calm out of the northwest at 4-6 mph.
Weak high pressure will build in for Sunday, however a short wave aloft will cause for some increasing clouds and a 20% chance of showers. Otherwise partly cloudy skies with high temperatures only getting into the mid 70s, Duluth near 75 degrees. Winds will be out of the north at 5-10 mph.
As the shortwave moves out, a ridge will start to move in allowing for drier conditions. We’ll see mostly sunny skies with highs in the upper 70s. Northwest flow will continue for much of the week, lows on Monday will drop to 57 degrees.
Sunshine continues into Tuesday, with high temperatures in the low 80s. Lows on Tuesday drop to 60 degrees.
We warm up a little bit more on Wednesday with highs in the low to mid 80s, Duluth near 83 degrees. Clear skies into Wednesday night, and lows down in the low 60s.
Thursday should also remain mostly dry with sunshine, and high temperatures in the mid 80s. A cold front will start to approach the region into Friday which will increase our chances for showers to 30%. Temperatures will also cool off a bit into the upper 70s.
