Duluth families get muddy at the 7th annual Dirt Yard Dash

DULUTH, MN- The Vineyard Church in Duluth held their 7th annual Dirt Yard Dash on Sunday.

Participants got very muddy during their action-packed all terrain mud run.

The event started as a fun way to get college students out after they started school. It has turned into a family event and brings in around 400 people.

This year, the Dirt Yard Dash featured a new obstacle.

“We added a new one this year called the rope swing, where they will swing from a rope and land in a mud pit. We have a really incredible trek through the swamp that they go through, we have walls that they climb over, and ponds that they go through,” said Michelle Dinobul, the Director of Dirt Yard Dash .

Vineyard Church says the event is a fun way to promote health and bring the community together.
