U.S. Senator Tina Smith will make a stop in the Northland today to discuss issues facing businesses and workers in rural areas.
The Senator will make two stops in Minnesota. She’ll make her first visit in Two Harbors to meet with area lawmakers and local business leaders where she’ll discuss efforts to create jobs in the region.
That meeting will be held at the Vanilla bean around 11:45 this morning.
After that, she will head down to the twin cities to meet with area leaders in Minneapolis.
