DULUTH, MN -- Two men have been charged after a drug bust in Duluth earlier this week, and one of them is no stranger to law enforcement.
30-year-old Robert Winston, from Michigan, and 53-year-old Marice King, from Duluth, were both charged in St. Louis County on Friday.
The charges stem from a bust earlier this week on the 2000 block of West 2nd Street.
Police found meth, fentanyl, cash and guns.
At the time of the arrest, Winston was free on bail after being charged with second degree assault following a December shooting in Duluth.
Authorities say he was also on intensive pre-trial release after being charged with multiple drug crimes in October.
This is Winston's 5th arrest in the last 4 months.
He was charged with 1st and 2nd degree sale of a controlled substance for this most recent bust.
His bail was set at $200,000.
King was charged with aiding and abetting second degree sale of a controlled substance.
His bail was set at $50,000.
