DULUTH,MN-- One volunteer fire department's emergency ATV is getting a tune up, all thanks to several businesses in the area.

The Mahtowa volunteer fire department's off road ATV has needed some repairs and work done.

The Carlton County Riders ATV clubs, Duluth Tire and Accessories, and other businesses have taken part in helping out.

The ATV will get a new roof, windshield, tires, lights, and more.

All the money for accesories was  fundraised and was donated through grants.

Those who took part say they are giving back to those who give to them.

Jeff Birman of Duluth Tires says, "It makes the trails better, make the trails safer but also this is also a volunteer fire department. They need as much as they help up."

Every year the riders donate time and money to help emergency services.

Once the additions and repairs are done there will be an unveling.
