VIRGINIA, MN-- Five people were arrested after a burglary in Virginia.
Police were called to the 400 block of 6th Avenue South in Virginia just before 11 p.m. Tuesday.
According to police, at least three individuals who the victim didn't know allegedly kicked in a lower apartment entry door. They then attempted to force open the upper apartment door.
Police located and arrested five men near the 500 block of 5th Street South. They say a juvenile male later turned himself in at the jail.
All five are expected to be charged and appear in court on Friday.
The incident is still under investigation.
