DULUTH, MN -- Former Duluth City Councilor Noah Hobbs has his sights set on St. Louis County.
In a social media post on Friday, Hobbs announced he's running for a seat on the St. Louis County Board.
He lost his at-large city council seat in the November election after serving for one term.
Hobbs touts his work addressing the city's housing shortage and helping pave the way for ride sharing options as some of his biggest accomplishments during his time on the council.
Hobbs, who lives in the Denfeld neighborhood, is seeking the 3rd District seat currently held by Beth Olson.
Olson, the only woman on the board, announced earlier this month she would not seek re-election.
