DULUTH, MN- With malls closed, many children were left without the chance to see their furry friend, the Easter bunny.
But one Duluth couple decided to change that. Destini and Michael Sandlin set up shop out in front of their house, allowing families the opportunity to drive or walk by and wave to the easter bunny.
The couple says they did this to spread hope and bring joy to the kids.
"Just seeing the kids happy and being able to see them even just for a moment happy because we know right now it kind of sucks," said Destini.
Destini added they have done this with other holidays but this was the first time for Easter.
