SUPERIOR, WI -- The University of Wisconsin-Superior will offer all its summer 2020 courses online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to UWS officials, 24 courses originally scheduled to be on-campus will now be offered in an online format.
“The great majority of offerings were already planned online, so there is no disruption to those courses," Maria Cuzzo, interim provost at UW-Superior, said. "All these courses will be able to adapt to this change to complete our summer 2020 course offerings in online formats.”
Students attending UW-Superior can begin registering for summer and fall 2020 classes Monday, April 6.
Students can enroll as soon as their registration window opens.
There have been no changes made to fall 2020 courses as of yet, UWS officials said.
UWS leaders say they plan to make the decision about the fate of other upcoming summer programming or events soon.
