Scott Perunovich Wins Hobey Baker Award

Duluth, Minn. -- Hibbing-native Scott Perunovich has won the Hobey Baker Memorial Award. The former University of Minnesota Duluth defenseman becomes the sixth Bulldog to win the prestigious award.

Peruonvich recently signed a two-year entry contract with the National Hockey League's St. Louis Blues. He was named the 2019-20 National Collegiate Hockey Conference Player of the Year after he led the conference in scoring.

Perunovich is the first award-winner since Jack Connolly in 2012.
