ASHLAND, WI-- Officials with the Memorial Medical Center in Ashland announced most services at the hospital will begin to resume starting Friday, May 22.
Officials say those services include Rehabilitation Services, Laboratory Services, Cardiac Rehab Phase II, Cardiopulmonary, and other services.
Elective surgeries will also resume Tuesday, May 26.
Memorial Medical Center will also continue to limit students, support groups, and classes, including childbirth and lactation consults.
Officials are still encouraging telehealth visits when they are available. Memorial Medical Center say they will still practice safety precautions, which include:
-All patients will be screened upon entering the facility to ensure there are no signs or symptoms of flu or COVID-19.
-Social distancing will be implemented in all areas of the facility.
-Staff and patients must wear masks. All patients will be given a mask upon entering the facility.
-Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the hospital.
-Visitors are not allowed entrance into the facility.
