Rinse and repeat the next couple days

We start off Monday with partly cloudy skies which quickly increase to mostly cloudy. The first shortwave set to move through the region will support the 20% chance of very scattered shower activity all day. Along with that will be a breezy northwest wind at about 10-15 mph, so temperatures will only climb into the low to mid 50s.

Tonight, mostly cloudy skies with lows dropping into the mid 40s. Winds will remain breezy out of the northwest.

Rinse and repeat for Tuesday as another shortwave which will be a little stronger moves through the region which brings the cloudy skies and showers. Mostly cloudy all day with a 40% chance of scattered showers. Highs again will only climb into the mid 50s with a breezy west wind.

Wednesday will feature yet another similar day, with mostly cloudy skies. A continued 20% chance of very scattered shower activity. Highs will climb into the mid 50s with a breezy northwest wind.

Thursday which begins October we will start below average. A very cold shot of air from the North will move in allowing highs to only reach near 47 degrees. Mostly cloudy skies remain with a 20% chance of some lingering showers. Temperatures will remain in the mid to upper 40s all the way through Sunday.
