Proctor, MN- The Proctor City Wide Annual Garage Sale will officially start
Saturday, May 15, however, some sales started as early as Friday.
Their "everything must go" motto means sellers are serious about clearing inventory. Food for shoppers will be available at the Proctor Moose Lodge and the Girl Scout Troop next door.

Duluth, MN- Lyric Kitchen and Bar will reopen Monday, June 14.
The bar, owned and operated by Holiday Inn & Suites-Duluth, has been closed since March of 2020 due to the pandemic.
They will reopen seven days a week, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays.
Their reopening will coincide with the completion of the Superior Street reconstruction project.

Hibbing, MN- The Washington Elementary School in Hibbing is getting a 32,000 square foot addition. The new Early Learning Center will soon be home to 10 new classrooms, including six early childhood rooms and four head start classrooms.
The building will also feature a spacious gym, a common room lunchroom, and an outdoor courtyard.
The new Early Learning Center will be tied to the current Washington Elementary School. The expected finish date is January 2022.
