DULUTH, MN-- Officers responded to a domestic early Monday morning that led to a near seven-hour stand-off before the man was booked.
Duluth Police Officers arrived at the 200 block of East Second Street to find a woman's car window had been broken by a male acquaintance.
Police say the man was also making threats to the woman.
The man then barricaded himself in his apartment building for nearly seven hours before police and their Crisis Negotiation Team took the man into custody.
According to the report and further investigation, we were told officers on scene used rubber bullets to apprehend him and later brought him to a local hospital for minor injuries.
The suspect was booked at the St. Louis County Jail on pending charges of domestic assault, threats of violence, and criminal damage to property.
There was no immediate threat to the public.
