Duluth YMCA steps in to give Federal Workers a leg up

DULUTH, MN– The Duluth YMCA is one of the latest organizations to step up for federal workers involved in the 24 day old shutdown.

Duluth YMCA officials say current members affected by the shutdown can come to the downtown YMCA branch, or the Cook County Y branch to have their membership fees waived for the month.

The waived fees are effective starting Tuesday, regardless of whether the government opens during the next few days.
