Odanah woman formally charged following Highway 2 crash

ASHLAND, WI — An Odanah woman has been formally charged after a crash last week on Highway 2 in northern Wisconsin.

Court documents show Nicole Livingston, 29, is facing four charges:

  • Driving without insurance
  • Driving with a suspended license
  • Failure to keep vehicle under control
  • Display of unauthorized vehicle registration plate

After driving into a ditch, a State Patrol report says Livingston walked away from the scene.

Authorities say a deputy found her and brought her back to the scene, where a child was still in the car.

She’ll be back in court next month.
