According to the Duluth Police Department, a news conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Sunday regarding the arrest, as well as the end of the fire investigation.

The conference was originally scheduled for Saturday, but due to city officials recognizing Shabbat, or the Sabbath, being celebrated on Saturdays in the Jewish faith, the news conference was rescheduled.

The conference will be held at City Hall.
