CRANE LAKE, MN — An ATV bridge that crosses the Vermilion River officially opened Friday with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Numerous state senators, representatives, and county commissioners were present at the ceremony, as well as over 100 members of the Voyageur Country ATV Club.
According to officials, the bridge was built in three different sections and hauled in by trucks and cranes.
The $1.4 million project was funded by the Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board (IRRRB).
The opening is in association with the annual Ride and Rally, which is a state-wide ATV ride.
