PolyMet stock rises following permit approval

NEW YORK CITY — Shares of PolyMet stock shot up 25 percent following Thursday’s permit approval news.

At its highest, the company’s stock was $1.58 a share, after starting the day below a dollar.

At closing on Thursday, shares were $1.13 each.
