66th Spooner Rodeo kicks off

SPOONER, WI — Grab your cowboy and cowgirl boots and hats – the Spooner Rodeo is in full swing!

The 66th annual Spooner Rodeo kicked off Thursday.

Professional riders visit the Northwest Wisconsin town to show off their skills and provide a long-weekend full of entertainment.

Some of the highlights include the kids nickle scramble Friday, a parade Saturday, and music throughout the weekend.

General admission tickets for adults cost $18 while children can get in for $9.
