Buffalo, NY. — Back. To. Back. The UMD Bulldogs came away with a 3-0 victory over UMass on Saturday night. UMD had a 1-2-3 scoring night with a single goal in each period.

Parker Mackay got things going in the first for the Dawgs early on; 3:51 into the first, Mackay flipped one in on the right side with the assist from Mikey Anderson and Riley Tufte to make it 1-0 Bulldogs.

Anderson got the Dawgs further on the board with a shot right out in front in the second. Jackson Cates sealed things up late in the third to make it a 3-0 game.

UMD comes away with their second straight national championship. Two out of the last three national championships have featured the Bulldogs.
