DULUTH, MN- Vikings Fullback C.J. Ham was honored this morning outside of Denfeld’s gym with a commemorative banner above their trophy case for all his success, and positive representation of the hard working people in West Duluth.

His quote on the banner was picked to help inspire the students at Denfeld, and to show that dreams really do come true.

“It’s special, it really is special. I never really look at it that way, to me I’m just another guy out here trying to make my dream last as long as it can, so it’s special to come back and see that kids do get to look up to me, I just want to make sure I’m doing the best that I can do to be a positive role model for them. I guess everybody has done a great job of hiding this, because my mom knew about it. I was with Erik Lofald at the beginning of this week, he didn’t mention anything about it, so you guys are really good at keeping secrets,” said Ham.
