Team Krause tops Team Bordson 10-9 in OT in annual Heritage Summer Classic

DULUTH, MN- Hockey season may be over, but there was still one game to be played in the Northland. The annual Heritage Summer Classic took place on Monday.

Team Krause would defeat Team Bordson 10-9 in the exhibition game.

Team Bordson was coached by John Goldfine. While Team Krause was coached by UMD Hall of Famer Dale “Hoagie” Haagenson.

Before the game, Guinness World Record holder Mark Sertich dropped the puck.

Proceeds from the game went to the Ray Peterson Heritage Fund.
