Three charged after bust of 74 grams of heroin

Duluth, MN – Three people are behind bars, and have been charged with sale and possession of drugs following a traffic stop in Duluth.

Duluth police say the traffic stop lead to search warrants being executed on a car and home.

Inside, police found 74 grams of heroin, $6,000 in cash, drug packaging, scales and firearm ammunition.

Police say the search warrants were the result of a multi-agency investigation into a man who was supplying heroin for sale in Duluth and on the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indian Reservation.

One of the suspects is from Duluth, and the other two from Ashland.

All are being held on bail.
