Minnesota man plans to run across state to raise awareness for epilepsy

DULUTH, MN –A Minnesota man will see the whole state over the next two weeks all by foot.

Craig Simonson plans to run 5-hundred miles across Minnesota to raise money for epilepsy.

He’ll start his run in Grand Portage Saturday and will end in La Crosse, Wisconsin about two weeks from now.

We spoke with him in Duluth today.

“There’s gonna be live tracking on the website as well as straight from the company’s Instagram feed as well as my Instagram feed where we’re at, updates, and we’ve already had a great outpouring of people reaching out just happy from all over the United States about raising awareness for epilepsy.” states Simonson.

Simonson hopes to raise three thousand dollars all of which will go toward the Epilepsy Foundation’s “Athletes versus Epilepsy” program.

You can donate, and track Simonson here.
