Free summer open skating sessions start Wednesday

DULUTH, MN– The first free open skate session of the season will be held Wednesday afternoon.

The City of Duluth Parks and Recreation group will host the session at the Essentia Duluth Heritage Center from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public, however children under the age of ten must be accompanied by an adult. Adults can walk the arena track above the rink for free during the event as well.

Limited ice skates will be available to use, so bring your own.

The open skate sessions will be available weekly on Wednesdays through August 21.
