DULUTH, MN – A woman jailed for 2nd Degree DWI Wednesday night had four children in her car, according to Duluth Police.

Police initially pulled over the 40-year-old around 11 p.m. Wednesday for having a tail light out.

After observing signs of impairment, the officer performed a field sobriety test and breath test, both of which resulted in her arrest, police said.

Police said the final test indicated a blood alcohol content of .2, more than double the legal limit.

The juveniles in the vehicle were between the ages of 12 and 15 and were picked up by a family member, police said.
