Congressman Pete Stauber is planning a trip to the Middle East to learn from our allies.

The Republican will be traveling to Israel with several other elected officials to learn more about the U.S/Israel relationship, and security issues facing the region.

“Israel is our strongest ally in the Middle East, so I look forward to joining my Republican colleagues on this educational trip and learning more about the security threats facing Israel and the entire region,” said Stauber.
Stauber is expected to meet with several Israeli leaders, elected officials and tour international security sites.

“I have always been a supporter of Israel and I have no doubt that seeing this region firsthand will only strengthen my support,” said Stauber in a news release.

For security reasons, travel details will not be released until he has returned home.
