Balloons fill Duluth’s HART District for special Happy Hour event

DULUTH, MN – Due to the Superior Street reconstruction project in downtown Duluth, many of the businesses in the HART district are banding together to hold a HART Happy Hour.

The HART District is located between Lake Avenue and 4th Avenue East.

The event is offering special deals and events at various businesses from 3 – 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23rd.

All participating businesses will have a balloon outside of their location.

Participating customers will receive a punch card, and once filled, will be eligible to win a Portside Pass which is a hand-crafted key chain that unlocks exclusive deals at Duluth-area businesses.

The customer should then leave the punch card with your information at your final stop, and you’ll be entered into the contest.
