Showers tonight, sunny Tuesday, wet Wednesday

MONDAY NIGHT:

A small low pressure system skirting the Canadian border will bring a 40% chance for a rain and snow mix to MN.  WI and MI will get a 40% chance for rain showers.  Cook County MN may actually get an inch of snow to stick.  Low temps will be 30-35.  The wind will be ESE 5-15 mph.

TUESDAY:

The Monday night low will depart quickly to be replaced briefly by a cloud crushing high pressure system.  Tuesday should be clear to partly cloudy.  The high temp will run 57-62 but it will be much cooler by Lake Superior.  The wind will be WNW 5-10 mph.

WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY: 

In turn, the high will leave abruptly and a new low comes to call for Wednesday and Thursday.  Both days will be cloudy with an 80% chance for rain.  The low temps will be near 36 and the high temps will be near 48.A

FRIDAY & THE WEEKEND:

Friday will have a 30% chance for early rain showers followed by a clearing sky along with low of 34 and high near 54.  Saturday should be partly cloudy with low 33 and high 58.  Sunday will be mostly Sunday with low 39 and high 58.
